Job description
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Data teams to analyze and re-engineer gross-to-net and margin reporting processes
- Design and develop scalable data models that standardize margin and financial reporting across the organization
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights into margin performance
- Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, pricing systems, trade spend, and financial systems) into centralized, governed datasets
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing data validation, reconciliation logic, and controls
- Support the creation of a single source of truth for financial and margin reporting
- Optimize reporting solutions for performance, scalability, and usability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, standard definitions, and reporting hierarchies
- Document data models, transformations, and reporting logic to support governance and transparency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across reporting workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, or data engineering
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power BI (or similar tools: Tableau, Qlik)
- SQL and relational databases
- Data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience working with financial data sets, preferably including margin, pricing, revenue, or gross-to-net concepts
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with:
- ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, or Fabric
- Exposure to commercial finance, trade spend, or revenue management processes
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality frameworks
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives or process re-engineering efforts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
