- Designing and setting out change processes
- Performing impact analyses
- Determining the concrete business units that are part of the change process
- Setting objectives of a change
- Monitoring the progress of a change
- Acting as a point of contact for the manager of the department, management, employees and other stakeholders during a change process
- Appointing and managing steering committees for change
- Obtaining support for change (by means of reporting, consultation and presentation, for example)
- Preparing decision-making regarding change management
- Translating market developments into organizational changes
- We are looking for a change manager for the Account Based Ticketing (ABT) project.
- In your role as Change Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the aspects of the change in that team. To fulfil this responsibility, you combine your expertise in change management with the methodologies that already exist internally. You support the 3 different phases of the management of the change:
- Drawing up an organizational setup: on the basis of analyses, you form a clear picture of the changes and their impact on employees, teams and the organization. In addition, you determine a change strategy and, where necessary and possible, prepare the parties involved for their role during the implementation of the changes. You pay special attention to the development of sponsorship within the existing organization.
- Guiding: designing, implementing, monitoring and adjusting a change plan and the interventions (communication, co-creation, training & coaching, etc.), so that the changes are achieved in an effective and efficient way.
- Embedding: in the final phase, you support the embedding/integration of the changes in the daily operations of the organization, so that the objectives are achieved with lasting results.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within Change Management
- Proven experience with incident and change management
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with agile project work
- Higher education (Master or Bachelor)
- Charging: ADKAR Certificate
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
SHOULD HAVE
- Proven experience within the public transport sector
- Demonstrable experience in Asset Management
- Proven experience with ADKAR Prosci
- Charging; Scrum Master Certificate
