Job description

We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer to support the implementation and operation of a modern Identity & Access Management platform based on the Ping Identity / ForgeRock ecosystem (including PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud).

The role focuses on bridging IAM architecture with technical delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and automated identity services in a DevOps-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain IAM solutions (SSO, federation, identity lifecycle)
  • Implement protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM
  • Build and manage IAM infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate enterprise applications with IAM platform
  • Support Zero Trust security architecture
  • Ensure system resilience including DR, RTO, RPO
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in IAM (ForgeRock or Ping Identity preferred)
  • PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud - Minimum 5 years
  • Ping Identity Platform - Minimum 5 Years
  • PingAM - Minimum 5 Years
  • PingDS - Minimum 5 Years
  • PingIDM - Minimum 5 Years
  • PingIG- Minimum 5 Years
  • Terraform - Minimum 5 years
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM
  • Experience with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD, Terraform
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes / Azure (AKS preferred)
  • Experience in IAM integration and automation projects

Nice to Have

  • Okta or Auth0 migration experience
  • One Identity Safeguard (PAM)
  • JavaScript for IAM automation
  • Experience in Zero Trust environments

Languages

  • English (required)
  • French or Dutch (good working knowledge)
