Job description

Our client plays a strategic role in European B2B food distribution, helping streamline large-scale supply chains and purchasing operations across markets. As demand grows for reliable, secure, and high-performing internal systems, this role offers a genuine opportunity to shape the tools behind complex commercial operations across Europe.

We're looking for a pragmatic, reliable Angular / PostgreSQL Developer, with strong full stack skills, to join the client's IT team. You'll be responsible for developing, evolving, and maintaining internal web applications that support key business operations - with a strong focus on front-end development, API integration, and database management.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using Angular and Tailwind CSS
  • Write clean, scalable and well-structured TypeScript code
  • Design, build, and consume REST APIs to connect front-end applications with backend services
  • Manage data access and interactions using PostgreSQL and ORM tools
  • Design and evolve database schemas to support business needs
  • Optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance
  • Contribute to backend development using Go where needed (nice to have, not essential)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify and refine functional requirements
  • Contribute to deployment environments using Linux and NGINX configurations
  • Follow best practices in version control, code reviews, and documentation using Git

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Full Stack or Front-End Developer role
  • Strong skills in Angular, TypeScript, and REST API development/integration
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL/database management
  • Familiarity with Go is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Hands-on experience with Git and Linux environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or French
  • Comfortable balancing autonomy with teamwork in a structured environment
  • Past experience in the services or distribution industry is a plus, but not required
