Requirements

  • IT Service Management operations with End User Computing and Deskside Support
  • Desktop support and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Network troubleshooting
  • SCCM, Ivanti, and Microsoft Intune deployments
  • Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
  • Patch management and software/package installations
  • Conference room devices support (Polycom, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, cameras, touch panels, monitors, etc.)
  • Antivirus, Windows updates, and feature pack management
  • Remote support tools (RDP, iDRAC, iLO, IP Phones)
  • Printer troubleshooting and file restoration
  • IT Asset Inventory and Laptop Lifecycle Management
  • Housekeeping activities (profile archiving, space reclamation)
  • Software installation and reinstallation
  • ITIL Service Management knowledge
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
