Senior Data & AI Engineer (all)

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data automation.
• Integrate data from diverse sources like APIs and sensors.
• Design modern data architectures for optimal data management., * Development and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines: automation of processes for continuous data processing (batch as well as real-time data)
• Integration of data from various sources such as APIs, sensors, streaming services or internal systems
• Design and modelling of modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Dimensional Data Marts)
• Implementation of methods for data cleansing, quality assurance and data security policies
• Conducting data exploration, feature engineering as well as statistical analyses to generate business insights
• Building and operating productive machine learning pipelines including monitoring and continuous model improvement
• Introduction and further development of MLOps practices to automate training, deployment, versioning and monitoring of models

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar fields required.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in data platforms.
• Familiar with MLOps tools and statistical methods for data analysis., * Completed studies (FH/University) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in data engineering, data ingestion and data platforms
• Several years of experience in Azure Databricks and PowerBI
• Familiar with streaming technologies (such as Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub)
• Very good programming skills in Python as well as solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational and NoSQL systems
• Experience with MLOps platforms and tools (e.g. Azure ML, Databricks ML, MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Good knowledge of statistical methods as well as in feature engineering and model validation
• Fluent German language skills are required
