The Social Media Specialist is responsible for executing Pluxee Spain's social media presence across key platforms, delivering content, engagement, and performance that align with our brand, campaigns, and digital growth ambitions. The role ensures Pluxee's voice is consistently activated through relevant, timely, and compelling social content. As part of the marketing department, the Social Media Specialist collaborates closely with content, external comms, paid media, and analytics teams to manage daily operations, support campaigns, and contribute to community-building efforts., * Design, plan, and execute social media content strategies (organic and paid).
- Manage and engage online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create visual and video content for social media (proven experience with Canva and CapCut is required).
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with the brand strategy.
- Write engaging copy for a variety of formats, including corporate communications and executive thought leadership content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance, including KPIs, engagement, conversions, and reach.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and propose innovative initiatives to improve audience engagement.
- Manage social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Metricool.
- Coordinate design requirements and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines and coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of all assets and campaigns.
- Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team., * Video interview with the Talent Acquisition Expert.
- Video or face-to-face interview with the Social Media, Communications & Events Manager.
- Video interview with the HR Business Partner.

Requirements
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with 3-5 years of professional experience in community management and social media marketing to cover a maternity leave. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our social media strategy to strengthen the brand's digital presence, increase audience engagement, and support marketing and business objectives., * Knowledge of SEO and SEM applied to social media content.
- Certifications in social media platforms or digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) are a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and/or content marketing initiatives.
