Job description
Account Deployment & Activation Efficiency: Monitor the performance of accounts under deployment against contractual commitments. Partner closely with Account Management (AM) leaders to scale customer outreach through product levers and standardized onboarding routines. Provide updates & insights in regular instances (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews).

Account & Contact Mapping & Database Governance: Partnering with the Salesforce Product Manager, own and scale contact and organization hierarchy mapping across accounts. Clean corporate hierarchy structures to eliminate CRM technical debt. Working with Legal Team, act as the structural gatekeeper for contract accuracy for newly signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs). Process, AI & Tool Optimization: Co-design, deploy, and refine commercialprocesses and tools within the specific context of account deployment, ensuring seamless integration and high adoption rates.

Training & Enablement: Deliver tactical training programs, onboarding materials, and regular refreshers on deployment tools, internal processes, and contact mappingpractices to frontline teams., First call with Claudia Ferrand, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

Requirements
Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and sharp business acumen, with a strongbackground or plus in data analysis.

CRM Mastery & Architecture Mindset: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), specifically around complex account hierarchies, contact roles, and contract management objects.

Process Scale & Change Management: Proven ability to turn complex operationalworkflows into standard, repeatable sales routines that scale effectively across teams.

Execution Style: Highly organized, solution-oriented, hands-on builder who loves setting up tools and processes and tracking their adoption by business teams.

Communication & Orchestration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, andpresentation skills. Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships betweenfrontline sales and central teams.
