Job description
In this role, you will be part of our growth team and the architect of our B2B customer journey. You won't just look at data, you will translate data insights directly into sophisticated, automated lifecycle campaigns. You will take direct ownership of converting prospects into active clients, smoothing out our B2B onboarding and improving LTV through smart activation and reactivation campaigns (across email, CRM and in-product touchpoints). Collaborating with our performance marketing team to ensure a seamless handoff from paid channels., * Leverage HubSpot to build segments, lists, email journeys, workflows and win-back campaigns.
- Analyse churn patterns and deploy automated reactivation campaigns to lift Monthly Active Users (MAU) and stimulate client activity.
- Map and optimize the customer journey in close collaboration with Product managers, aligning automated marketing campaigns with in-product features and landing page relevance.
- Actively collaborate & act as a sparring partner with the Product team to come up with new initiatives & experiments.
- Develop localised playbooks for B2B acquisition, B2B onboarding, and B2B retention across the border.
- Act as a key liaison, bridging business needs with technical implementation requirements for all marketing and growth initiatives.
- Turn marketing needs into initiatives in close collaboration with Product, BI, and Customer Success teams.
- Keep stakeholders informed on progress and dependencies.
Requirements
- The B2B Journey Mindset: You have a proven track record in Lifecycle or Growth Marketing working in a B2B environment and having experience in a two-sided marketplace is a major plus. You naturally think in automated user flows, touchpoints and customer psychology.
- Data-to-Campaign Translator: You live in the data. You don't just pull reports, you can analyse a cohort chart, identify exactly where LTV is dropping, form a hypothesis and map out the automated campaign needed to fix it.
- Automation Expert: Hands-on, experience building complex marketing automation flows and behavioural triggers within modern CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, or ActiveCampaign).
- Analytical: Strong proficiency with data and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot reporting or Tableau) to track pipeline health, activation velocity, and retention.
- Skilled Prioritizer: Skilled at evaluating opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You know how to make informed, data-backed decisions on when to test, scale, or stop a campaign.
- Growth Mindset: Resourceful, highly autonomous, and eager to adapt to evolving B2B market demands and technological advancements.
