For an innovative fintech company, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer. The company develops its own proprietary technology platform within the digital assets and blockchain industry and is currently in an ambitious scale-up phase. With a close-knit team of around 15 professionals, they build innovative software solutions that have a direct impact on the business every day.

The IT department consists of a small, multidisciplinary Scrum team where initiative, technical input, and ownership are highly valued. The organizational structure is flat, communication is direct, and decisions are made quickly.

The company is currently investing heavily in the development of a brand-new Microsoft Azure-based trading platform. This includes working on large-scale data analytics, AI-driven solutions, blockchain integrations, and systems capable of processing real-time transactions.

The company culture is informal, ambitious, and results-driven. The team works primarily from the office (4 days per week), encouraging close collaboration. Employees enjoy a catered lunch together every day, and regular team events are organized throughout the year.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be the technical lead within the development team. You are a hands-on developer who actively contributes to the platform while also guiding colleagues on technical challenges and architectural decisions.

This is not a management position. Instead, you will act as a technical lead-maintaining oversight, making informed technical decisions, and helping the team deliver high-quality software.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing a new Microsoft Azure-based trading platform
• Building and maintaining business-critical back-end applications using .NET
• Developing modern front-end applications
• Implementing blockchain integrations and financial systems
• Designing and developing APIs and third-party integrations
• Designing data models and managing databases
• Improving CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, performance, and scalability
• Contributing to software architecture and the technical roadmap
• Conducting code reviews, coaching team members, and sharing technical knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of .NET / C#
• Experience with TypeScript and a modern front-end framework
• Experience developing APIs and integrating external systems
• Ability to make independent technical decisions
• Strong communication skills and an analytical, problem-solving mindset
