We are looking for a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and play a key role in an ongoing VMware to OpenShift migration. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a strong, cross-functional team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations while contributing to the design, automation, and optimization of our evolving platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from traditional virtualization to a container-based ecosystem.

• Experience with TACACS, OpenLDAP, or Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Pomerium.
• Windows infrastructure administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization platforms.

• Strong experience with VMware and OpenShift (with a clear focus on migration scenarios).
• Solid Linux administration skills (Ubuntu and Red Hat).
• Experience with DNS services such as PowerDNS or similar.
• Proficiency in Ansible and Git-based DevOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK/ELM stack, Grafana, Syslog).
• Knowledge of security practices, including Fortigate and system hardening.
• Basic networking knowledge (switching and routing).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
