Job description

  • We are responsible for implementing security-related standards across our ICT technology estate.
  • We ensure our security standards meet the requirements needed to achieve and retain relevant accreditations under applicable Codes of Connection, including PSN, within Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority.
  • We work within and help develop our cyber security response capabilities.
  • We support cyber incident response, intelligence assessment, proactive threat hunting, risk reporting to management, and remediation actions.

Requirements

  • We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst, or someone with the appropriate skillset to develop into the role.
  • We require UK residency for a minimum of five years immediately prior to application.
  • We are seeking someone with the ability to work within a high-performing cyber security team supporting a public service environment.
