Job description

  • We build, deploy, and configure Windows devices.
  • We support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.

  • Office 365, We are recruiting an IT Support Specialist to join our internal technology team at one of Bedfords leading software companies. This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in Bedford, and a salary of £36,000-£40,000 plus an excellent benefits package. You will work with a modern Microsoft technology stack, gain exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure, and take part in meaningful IT projects alongside day-to-day support. Requirements

  • We are looking for experience in 1st/2nd line IT support.
  • We are looking for experience with Windows Server.
  • We are looking for experience with Active Directory.
  • We are looking for experience with Microsoft 365.

  • We are looking for experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • We are looking for experience with networking, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
