Job description
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and support the Twenty5 platform.
- Support ERP and CRM processes, testing, and documentation.
- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support integrations, reporting, and data mapping.
- Write SQL queries when required.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Provide ongoing functional support and process improvement recommendations.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong Aerospace & Defense and Manufacturing expertise. You'll work directly with clients to implement Twenty5 solutions while supporting ERP and CRM business processes.
SAP experience is highly desirable, but strong functional consulting experience and industry knowledge are the primary requirements., * 5-10 years of Functional Consulting experience.
- 3+ years supporting Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing environments.
- Strong Manufacturing business process knowledge.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or CRM platforms preferred.
- Experience with business process mapping and improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage.
