Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Administrator to support purchasing and cost control activities within a busy team. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll manage purchase requisitions, supplier invoices, reporting and SAP administration, ensuring accurate financial processes while contributing to continuous improvement across the business., * Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions within SAP.

  • Complete quality control reviews of purchase requisitions.
  • Maintain and update project cost trackers.
  • Manage purchase requisition amendments, closures and resolve related queries.
  • Distribute supplier invoices for review and approval.
  • Raise Service Entry Sheets within SAP.
  • Produce weekly reports from SAP.
  • Support the continuous improvement of cost management processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing., * Opportunity to join a well-established organisation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an SAP or ERP administration role.
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience within the energy or oil & gas sector would be advantageous.
  • Exposure to project controls would be beneficial but is not essential.
