Job description
We are an award winning digital media agency with many big brand retail and commercial clients including Argos, Loreal, Tesco and Boots.
We are looking to expand our existing support team, to accommodate the growth of the business.
The position will involve taking direct calls from clients, pro actively troubleshooting issues, resolving problems and identifying root causes, all within our ticket management framework.
You will be provided with training on our specific hardware, configurations, processes and techniques, but should understand the facility of a remote support desk.
Requirements
You should have a passion for digital technology, a knowledge of PC hardware configuration and management of Windows, Linux and Android.
You should have an eye for detail and a thorough methodical approach. A friendly manner with good written and oral communication skills is a necessity to work in our environment.
