IT Infrastructure Specialist

• We manage and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• We administer Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
• We manage Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualisation platforms.
• We own endpoint management through Microsoft Intune.
• We maintain infrastructure documentation and configuration records.
• We support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• We manage patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
• We ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient and highly available.
• We support cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
• We drive improvements across performance, security and operational efficiency.
• We act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents and problem management.

• DevOps, We are a growing international business with an expanding technology function. This is a hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist role based in London on a hybrid model, with three days in the office. The salary is £65,000-£75,000 plus benefits. You will work closely with the Head of IT Infrastructure and contribute to strategic cloud and infrastructure projects that support our continued growth. The role offers exposure to cloud transformation projects and excellent long-term career development.

• We are looking for experience across modern infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server and Active Directory.
• We would like experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• We are looking for experience with backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience in ITIL or ITSM environments is required.
• Experience in multi-site environments or exposure to enterprise networking and security technologies would be advantageous.
