Job description

This is a senior, hands-on technical role combining software engineering, technical leadership and team guidance. The successful candidate will take a lead role in building and configuring applications across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack, while providing technical direction to development teams and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

The role will suit an experienced Power Platform professional who enjoys remaining technically involved while mentoring developers, leading technical reviews, managing integration activity and communicating with clients and wider stakeholders.

Requirements

  • PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification is higlhy desirable
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform stack
  • Experience building and configuring applications within a Microsoft environment
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, particularly alongside Power Platform solutions
  • Strong experience documenting, maintaining and refactoring complex programs and scripts
  • Experience defining and delivering complex system integrations
  • Ability to design, perform and report on integration testing
  • Strong application troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Experience leading technical reviews and ensuring development teams adhere to quality standards
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, mentoring and coaching to junior developers
  • Strong documentation and technical handover experience
  • Experience working with technical teams to develop system integration plans and track delivery progress
  • Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills
  • Ability to organise, chair and document meetings while ensuring actions are followed through
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and monitor both individual and team workloads
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and maintaining relevant technical certifications
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain SC security clearance
