This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Development Lead to take charge of a talented development team, drive innovation, and oversee projects from concept through to production within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
- Lead, manage and develop the Software Development team
- Drive the research, specification and development of innovative software and digital products
- Oversee scalable software and embedded firmware development using structured development processes
- Plan team workloads and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
- Maintain software development best practices, documentation and quality standards

Requirements
- Experience with commercial software development
- Experience with Agile Scrum and sprint planning
- Experience with JUCE framework
