Technical Lead

• Own the React Native and hybrid mobile strategy across iOS and Android
• Decide when to use hybrid vs fully native approaches
• Lead architecture, spikes, and proof-of-concepts
• Define integration patterns between React Native, Swift, and Kotlin
• Set standards for packaging, versioning, and native module bridging
• Partner with iOS/Android architects on cross-platform design decisions
• Drive experimentation with WebView and config-driven experiences
• Remove architectural blockers impacting delivery and reliability
• Mentor engineers and uplift hybrid engineering capability

• iOS, We are looking for a Technical Lead for React Native to join our dynamic team based in London. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 2-3 days onsite each week. In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving our hybrid mobile strategy across large-scale iOS and Android applications that serve millions of users. You will have the opportunity to shape how React Native and WebView solutions are integrated into our complex native ecosystem, enhancing delivery speed while ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.

• Strong production experience with React Native at scale
• Excellent JavaScript / TypeScript and modern React knowledge
• Working knowledge of Swift and Kotlin
• Experience integrating React Native into native mobile apps
• Strong understanding of mobile performance and platform constraints
• Experience in complex, multi-team engineering environments
