High Impact Role: Your work will help improve release speed, system uptime, incident response, platform security, and technical efficiency across the business.

Cross Functional Collaboration: You will work with developers, operations, IT, QA, security, and business teams to support reliable digital delivery.

Professional Growth: We support development in cloud engineering, automation, DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, cyber security, monitoring, and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

CI CD Pipeline Support: Build, maintain, and improve deployment pipelines to support reliable software releases and reduce manual deployment tasks.

Cloud Infrastructure: Support cloud environments, virtual resources, storage, networking, permissions, and platform availability.

Infrastructure Automation: Assist with infrastructure as code, automated provisioning, configuration management, scripting, and repeatable deployment processes.

Monitoring and Reliability: Monitor system health, review alerts, investigate incidents, support uptime, and help improve service reliability.

Release Coordination: Work with development and QA teams to coordinate releases, troubleshoot deployment issues, and support production readiness.

Security Support: Help maintain secure access, secrets management, patching, vulnerability awareness, cloud permissions, and basic security controls.

Incident Response: Investigate service issues, support root cause analysis, document fixes, and help prevent repeat incidents.

Scripting and Tooling: Use scripts and automation tools to improve technical workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and support operational efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for pipelines, environments, procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth platform operations.

Requirements

Experience: 3 plus years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, systems administration, software deployment, infrastructure support, or platform operations.

Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar environments.

DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI CD tools, Git based workflows, container platforms, scripting, monitoring tools, and deployment automation.

Technical Skills: Good understanding of Linux or Windows servers, networking basics, cloud permissions, system monitoring, logs, and release processes.

Automation Skills: Experience with scripting or automation using tools such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies is helpful.

Problem Solving: You can investigate technical issues, identify root causes, coordinate practical solutions, and support stable operations.

Communication: You can explain technical issues clearly to developers, IT teams, managers, and non technical stakeholders when needed.

Security Awareness: You understand the importance of secure deployments, access controls, data protection, patching, and responsible cloud operations.

Mindset: You are proactive, detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable working across teams. You understand that strong DevOps is about automation, stability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
