Job description
- We design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications for AppExchange and direct customer delivery.
- We ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- We optimise and enhance our existing AppExchange products.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, working with customers and our internal Consultants, Engineers, and Architects.
- We translate lightweight requirements into prototypes or proof-of-concepts and progress them into production builds.
- We create technical documentation and user guides.
- We provide technical support and troubleshooting for our AppExchange products.
- We work on customer projects to customise and implement Salesforce solutions according to client needs.

Requirements
- We need a proven Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience.
- We need experience with the Salesforce AppExchange security review process.
- We need hands-on experience working on an AppExchange-listed product.
- We need experience gathering requirements from end users.
- We need experience delivering customer-specific Salesforce projects.
- We need strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and best practices.
- We need proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and API development.
- We need experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
- We need familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- We need excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- We need excellent written and spoken English.
- Preferred: Salesforce Developer certifications, ideally Platform Developer I and II.
- Preferred: at least one Salesforce Consultant certification.
- Preferred: a Computer Science degree or similar qualification.
- Preferred: experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- We require the right to live and work in the United Kingdom, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
