Job description

  • We manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
  • We oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
  • We ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place.
  • We monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • We implement and enforce IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication and role-based access control.
  • We maintain and support company-wide SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian.
  • We assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and deactivating accounts.
  • We automate IT operations, workflows, and system monitoring to improve efficiency.
  • We maintain software licenses, compliance requirements, and IT documentation.
  • We provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring smooth system usage.

Requirements

  • We have around 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support.
  • We have experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
  • We are proficient in identity and access management tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
  • We have knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM platforms.
  • We are familiar with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models.
  • Experience with IT automation and scripting such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
  • We can troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • We have a strong understanding of IT compliance, data privacy regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2, and best practices.
  • We have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
