As Head of ICT, you will have overall responsibility for the organisations IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, service delivery and technology roadmap. Youll lead a skilled ICT team while working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that improve resilience, efficiency and business performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with operational oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving change while maintaining a secure and high-performing IT environment., * Develop and deliver the organisations ICT strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and enterprise systems across the business.
- Drive digital transformation programmes and continuous technology improvement.
- Oversee business-critical systems including ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity, business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Manage ICT budgets, supplier relationships and technology procurement.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary ICT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Establish and maintain IT governance, compliance and service management best practices.

Requirements
Were looking for an experienced IT leader who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent commercial and people leadership skills.
Youll ideally have:
- Significant experience in a senior IT leadership position such as Head of ICT, Head of IT, Head of Infrastructure or IT Manager.
- Experience developing and implementing IT strategy.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking and cybersecurity.
- Experience leading digital transformation and large-scale IT projects.
- Budget ownership and supplier/vendor management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
- A strong understanding of IT service management and business continuity.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence or another industrial environment would be highly advantageous.
Benefits & conditions
- Salary of £85,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience)
- 10% annual incentive bonus
- £607.27 monthly car allowance (£7,287.24 per annum)
