Job description

  • Support and troubleshoot on-prem IAM platforms, including Active Directory, LDAP, and related services
  • Monitor performance, diagnose incidents, and drive fixes to reduce downtime
  • Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, access changes, and audits
  • Work with security and engineering teams to implement policies and stay compliant
  • Produce clear documentation for processes, fixes, and configurations

We are hiring for an on-site contract role in Inverness supporting on-prem Identity & Access Management in an enterprise environment. This is a high-impact position for someone people rely on when authentication breaks, access requests build up, or audit questions arise. You will help us keep authentication, authorisation, and access controls running securely and reliably.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting on-prem IAM, such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, access management, and security protocols
  • Confident troubleshooting under pressure in a production environment
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Security or IAM certifications are a bonus, such as CISSP or CISA
