Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Data & Analytics delivery teams, driving Agile best practices, improving delivery predictability, and ensuring transparent, efficient execution across multiple squads.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain delivery visibility through Jira and Azure DevOps, remove blockers, and coach teams to improve ownership, planning, and delivery discipline., * Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Maintain sprint boards, delivery dashboards, RAID logs, and dependency tracking in Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, estimation, story quality, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure work is prioritised and delivery-ready.
  • Track and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issues.
  • Support release planning, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven Scrum Master experience within technology, data, analytics, or digital delivery teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Experience improving sprint predictability, backlog quality, and team delivery performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in complex enterprise environments.

Desirable

  • PSM, CSM, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, or SAFe delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to Data, AI, Cloud, or Analytics programmes.
  • Retail or large enterprise experience., scrum master,sprint planning,sprint retrospective,sprint review
