Remote Senior Java Software Developer

• We lead architectural decisions and guide team members on best practices.
• We build and optimize multi-threaded server-side applications in Java.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog planning.
• We work with product teams to refine requirements and ensure seamless functionality.
• We write and maintain test scenarios, troubleshoot defects, and produce technical documentation.
• We contribute across the full software development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment.

• We need 5+ years of experience developing multi-threaded server-side applications using Java.
• We need 3+ years of experience as a design authority for complex software solutions.

• We need experience with databases, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• We need familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
