Job description

  • We design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals.
  • We contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance.
  • We collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • We proactively monitor and improve system performance, quickly identifying and resolving issues while communicating clearly with stakeholders during incidents.
  • We take a proactive approach to support by identifying root causes and developing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • We document and share knowledge to strengthen the teams technical expertise.

Requirements

  • We require 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and commercial experience with TypeScript and a front-end framework such as React or similar.
  • We require experience with cloud services such as AWS and familiarity with containerization using Docker and EKS.
  • We require experience writing unit tests and testable code.
  • We require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • We value excellent judgment, including seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
  • We look for the ability to deliver constructive feedback that strengthens the team.
  • We need someone who can communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
