Key Responsibilities
· Hydrographic Survey Operations
· GIS Analysis & Modeling
· Project Coordination and Team Collaboration

· Delivering highly accurate and reliable hydrographic datasets
· Producing polished GIS deliverables that support real-world dredging execution
· Operating safely and professionally in demanding field environments
· Solving problems proactively and creatively

Requirements
· 3-5+ years of experience with hydrographic surveying, GNSS systems, or geospatial workflows
· Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and GIS data processing
· Experience with sonar-based hydrographic survey equipment and field data collection
· Ability to safely operate aquatic vessels while collecting technical survey data
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to travel regularly for field operations (travel subsistence provided)
· Ability to lift and move equipment/materials up to 50 lbs
· Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments including heat, mud, water, and uneven terrain
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred
· Familiarity with HydroMagic software
· FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
· Experience with bathymetric modeling and dredging-related calculations
· Familiarity with dredging operations, sediment management, or water resources
· Experience working with engineering or environmental consulting teams
