Job description

Our software development team builds secure, end-to-end solutions with a strong emphasis on high-quality, high availability software. We're seeking a talented full stack development engineer with exceptional T-SQL coding expertise, capable of designing and developing robust application logic and writing efficient, optimized SQL for data-driven systems. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges through clean, maintainable code. In addition to outstanding coding ability, this person brings strong system design skills and the technical acumen needed to deliver reliable, scalable products that provide excellent experiences for our end users.

What you'll be doing...

  • Build high performance, highly available and reliable software.
  • Develop complex components/modules/scripts using .NET technologies.
  • Design, build and maintain proprietary desktop and web-based applications, balancing active feature development with critical production support.
  • Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve test coverage and streamline debugging workflows.
  • Architect and implement Agentic AI patterns and workflows to improve automation, process efficiency and intelligent data handling.
  • Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting the complete stack of services, identifying root causes for production issues in legacy and modern architecture.
  • Partner with Business Analysts who define and document functional requirements for user-requested applications or projects.
  • Document software components and architecture thoroughly for ongoing support, maintenance and seamless team collaboration.
  • Perform code walk-throughs and code reviews of software components to maintain high standards of quality.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) in our Seattle office (Lake Union/Eastlake).

Requirements

  • Educated. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, information systems, physics or related areas.
  • Experienced. 6+ years of relevant software design and development experience with strong .NET Core / modern .NET experience).
  • Problem Solver. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Organized. Proven process improvement and organizational skills
  • Tech Stack. C#, .NET/.NET Core, T-SQL, modern Web stacks including Blazor, Windows Platform Stack, JavaScript/TypeScript, WPF, and MVC.
  • Skilled: Strong TSQL coding (including the ability to write & troubleshoot complex queries & stored procedures), proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and experience implementing Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, or intelligent autonomous agents.
  • Preferred skills: Data visualization (PowerBI), API development, Frontend tools (React JS or Angular, etc.) and/or mobile development
