Job description

  • Provide friendly and effective on-site support, ensuring positive experiences for all end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with both Windows and Mac OS devices.
  • Work within established SLAs to respond to phone and email support requests in a timely manner.
  • Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support as needed while efficiently managing and triaging incoming tickets.
  • Document your solutions and processes to contribute to the team's knowledge base.
  • Operate in a dynamic environment where you'll need to multitask and prioritize effectively., * Are there any schedules/shifts that you are unable to work (normal/swing/graveyard, days of the week/weekend/travel)?

Requirements

  • High School diploma with 2-4 years of IT support experience
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, M365 Fundamentals)
  • An Associate's degree or higher in an IT-related field
  • Advanced certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, or M365 Administrator Associate are a Plus., * Basic troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac OS
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A willingness to learn and ask questions, and the ability to follow established processes
