Job description

As a member of our IT team, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support across the company. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy equipment, support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and help ensure our employees have the technology they need to succeed., * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues

  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, password resets, and multi-factor authentication
  • Manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot VoIP phone systems and basic networking issues
  • Assist with routers, switches, firewalls, and security camera systems
  • Document support requests and resolutions through the help desk system
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Help maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and IT security best practices

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of IT experience who wants to grow their career in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same., * 1-3 years of IT support or Help Desk experience

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID
  • Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking
  • Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Knowledge of security best practices and endpoint protection
  • Experience supporting VoIP phone systems
  • Experience with security camera systems
