Job description
- Work directly with software leads and users to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services
- Provide operations and maintenance support to existing legacy applications developed in .NET.
Requirements
Required:
- Current and active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in web development, with experience in:
- Proficiency in using Oracle SQL
- Familiarity with PL/SQL
- Experience in ASP.NET frameworks
- Platforms/ Architecture styles such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular Material UI components
- Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and TypeScript
- C# (WCF or WebAPI a plus)
- Proficiency in using MVC patterns
- Great understanding of APIs and REST Web Services
- 3 or more years of experience developing and/or deploying software in high side environments
- Direct experience using secure authentication technologies like SAML and OIDC in a government setting
- Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Able to plan strategically and organize work within sprints.
- Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.
Desired:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 or more years of experience integrating relational data with user-facing applications
- Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.
- Experience with HighVIEW
- Experience using JIRA and/or Confluence

The proposed salary range for this position is: $120,800 - $265,800
