Stockroom Controller - IT

The Stockroom Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling stockroom inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, timely availability of materials, and smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and minimizing stock discrepancies., * Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Store materials in an organized and safe manner as per company standards
• Issue stock to internal teams as per requirements and maintain proper documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies or variances
• Update inventory records in systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or internal tools)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the stockroom
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for material planning
• Prepare inventory reports and provide updates to management as required
• Support audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
