Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT System Specialist to join our technology team! The IT System Specialist provides day-to-day technical support for end users across office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments, including hardware, software, network, and system access issues. This role supports enterprise applications and internal systems, follows established IT procedures, and coordinates with HQ IT and external vendors to ensure stable and secure IT operations., * Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, email, printers, and scanners.
- Support SAP ERP and internal web systems; coordinate with HQ IT and vendors to resolve issues.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, including onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and MFA.
- Assist with Windows Server (Hyper-V), network troubleshooting, firewall (SonicWall), and VPN connectivity.
- Monitor backups (Datto), support cybersecurity tools (SentinelOne), and respond to alerts.
- Provide first-level support for the Raw Material Weighing System (RWS).
- Track IT assets, purchase equipment within budget, and support IT deployments and escalations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of IT support, IT operations, or system administration experience.
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT troubleshooting best practices.
- English / Korean Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to support technical issues in both office and production settings.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills., * Bachelor's (Preferred), * IT support: 1 year (Required)
