Job description
The IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to staff and clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responds to all requests for technical assistance by phone, email, or in-person through timely and professionally communication
· Troubleshoots and efficiently resolves technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
· Documents, tracks, and monitors incidents to ensure timely resolution
· Provides guidance and support to end-users by following established guidelines and procedures
· Collaborates with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Requirements
· Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
· Possesses strong customer services skills and works thoroughly in a professional work environment
Education and Experience:
· Two years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
· Technical experience with:
· Microsoft 365, Intune, & Entra
· Window 11 & Server
· Mac iOS
· Freshworks
· PDQ Connect
· CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred
· Technical experience using Wolters Kluwer CCH and Citrix is a plus
