Job description

As an AI Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and services leveraging modern machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-native technologies. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable and secure AI solutions that deliver business value. This role requires strong software engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience developing, integrating, and supporting AI applications in production environments., * Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services

  • Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop AI agents, workflows, prompts, tools, and orchestration frameworks
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions
  • Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend services supporting AI workloads
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize AI model performance, quality, scalability, cost, and latency
  • Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability solutions for AI applications
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement responsible AI practices, security controls, privacy protections, and governance requirements
  • Contribute to architecture reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices
  • Support production AI applications, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident resolution efforts
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable deployment of AI systems in cloud environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3 6 years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of experience building AI, machine learning, or Generative AI applications
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript
  • Experience developing REST APIs and distributed systems
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles including object-oriented design, design patterns, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability
  • Experience building microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Strong knowledge of Git, source control, and automated testing practices
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and application performance management tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini (preferred)
  • Experience building AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, multi-agent systems, and MCP integrations (preferred)
  • Experience implementing RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector database solutions (preferred)
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model evaluation frameworks (preferred)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, or similar container orchestration platforms (preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance best practices (preferred)
