Job description
- Manage digital projects from kickoff through delivery, including timelines, tasks, dependencies, budgets, approvals, and client communication.
- Own project setup, organization, and tracking in Teamwork.com.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, copy/content, development, HubSpot, WordPress, analytics, and client services.
- Translate client goals and internal strategy into actionable project plans.
- Support HubSpot-related work, including CRM updates, forms, workflows, landing pages, reporting, campaigns, and marketing/sales handoffs.
- Support WordPress-related work, including website updates, landing pages, content publishing, QA, launch planning, and developer coordination.
- Manage project scope, risks, blockers, change requests, and client expectations.
- Lead clear, useful meetings with agendas, notes, action items, and next steps.
- Maintain project documentation, launch checklists, QA notes, approvals, and status reports.
- Help improve internal processes, templates, workflows, and Teamwork.com usage.
Requirements
Fly More Kites is seeking a highly organized Digital Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary digital engagements across strategy, creative, content, HubSpot, WordPress, analytics, and client services.
This role is ideal for someone who can keep complex work moving, align internal teams and clients, and turn strategy into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and results.
Experience with Teamwork.com is required. Experience with HubSpot and WordPress is also required., * Required experience managing digital, marketing, creative, web, CRM, or agency projects.
- Required hands-on experience with Teamwork.com.
- Required experience with HubSpot.
- Required experience with WordPress.
- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary engagements involving strategy, creative, content, web, CRM, analytics, and client communication.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and fast-moving client needs.
- Ability to identify risks early, clarify ambiguity, and keep teams accountable.
- Experience working with designers, developers, copywriters, strategists, marketers, and client-facing teams.
Nice to Have
- Agency, consultancy, or creative studio experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WP Engine, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, UX, accessibility, analytics, and digital marketing operations.
