Job description

The University of Missouri System is launching a multi-year project to replace the current PeopleSoft systems. The ERP Pillar Lead (Recruit & Talent Management) serves as the primary leader for all recruiting, onboarding, performance, and compliance training components of the University's ERP replacement initiative. The incumbent develops deep expertise in current-state practices, data structures, and workflows and translates that knowledge into future-state system design.

Responsibilities Include: Manages end-to-end delivery of new ERP system implementation for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee surveys, and compliance training. This includes moderating discovery sessions, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-live support. Manages team of analysts, SME's and consultants to ensure goals and milestones are met on time.

  • Serves as the Cloud ERP expert for the Recruit & Talent Management area, aligning system designs with business processes, goals and policies. Represents this area in cross-functional design sessions, issue resolutions, and governance discussions.
  • Partners with ERP team including project managers, and external consultants to ensure accurate configuration of ERP system. Partner with technical leads to ensure integration design, data quality, and security for Recruiting and Talent processes are aligned to business needs and best practices.
  • Partners with University stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of program aligns with the talent strategy.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance accuracy. Identify and implement innovative solutions leveraging ERP technology, automation, and analytics.
  • Supervises the mapping and validation of conversion data to the new system.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained related to business processes, functional/technical specs, test cases and user guides.
  • Guides team in designing reports and dashboards necessary for business processes and trend analysis. Shift

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and five years of relevant experience., * Proven experience with recruiting and talent technology/applications, including Oracle or Workday ERP systems.

  • Experience with talent management tools that compliment or integrate with ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous business requirements into scalable, well-documented systems solutions.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience implementing AI driven talent solutions.
  • Experience leading a team through large-scale transformation process. Anticipated Hiring Range

Benefits & conditions

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
