Data Quality Specialist

• Support data management initiatives across the organization to ensure data integrity in all key systems.
• Determine root causes for data quality errors, recommend long-term solutions, and lead cross-functional projects to improve data visibility.
• Analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures for major data quality projects.
• Develop and provide analytical support on software tools, model building, reporting, and dashboards to support recipe database maintenance and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the recipe database, support menu and ingredient change requests, and ensure data accuracy through item and recipe mapping.
• Support the planning, tracking, coordination, and performance of data feeds for supply planning processes.
• Maintain a reporting model for tracking ingredient and recipe sales to ensure targets are met, collaborating with distributors, suppliers, and brands.
• Work with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows for a relational database to store supply chain data.
• Provide analytical support for process improvement initiatives, including documenting business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, and providing post-implementation support.

• Minimum - Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business or related field; Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
• Desired - MBA, proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, ETL Processing, * Analytical mind
