Job description

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other electronic devices across various operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and more.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets.
  • Performing screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera replacements, speaker repairs, microphone repairs, and button repairs.
  • Repairing and replacing damaged device components using specialized repair tools and equipment.
  • Installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting Android and iOS operating systems.
  • Performing device diagnostics to identify hardware failures and software-related issues.
  • Assist customers with retail sales by explaining repair options, recommending accessories or upgrades, and providing excellent technical support.
  • Analyze device problems through detailed diagnostics to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps for quality assurance.

Requirements

Phone and Computer Repair Technician with experience diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Skilled in device troubleshooting, screen and battery replacements, operating system installation, data recovery, and customer support. Strong ability to identify technical problems, provide effective solutions, and deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.., * Proficiency with Android and iOS mobile operating systems along with macOS and Windows desktop environments.

  • Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, soldering equipment, and schematics for precise repairs.
  • Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot complex software issues or hardware failures efficiently.
  • Experience with equipment repair techniques including soldering small components on circuit boards.
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics for accurate repairs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-experts.
