Backend Developer

We are seeking a part-time Backend Developer based in Southern California to co-architect and scale the invisible engine powering our iMessage first ecosystem. Working directly alongside our technical co-founder, you will take immediate ownership of our API infrastructure, automated workflows, and agentic integrations.

Your mission is to ensure that when an agent dictates or texts a complex operational command, our system parses it perfectly, authenticates instantly, and triggers flawless cross-platform execution in milliseconds.

This is a hybrid role with weekly Google Meet meetings and an occasional café meetup to collaborate and other marketing videos (and yes coffee's on us)., * Infrastructure Ownership: Maintain, scale, and optimize our core backend engine to support real-time, text-first operations.

• Integration Architecture: Build, manage, and secure complex Auth integrations connecting caba to the third-party platforms agents live in (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Discord).
• Agentic Workflows: Implement unified data syncs and multi-app automation pipelines using tools like Nango to abstract away APl maintenance.
• Web Automation & Scrutiny: Build and optimize headless browsing infrastructure (via Browserbase) to automate complex data retrieval and data-entry logistics on behalf of users.
• Communication Layer: Ensure ultra-low latency SMS/MMS routing and infrastructure uptime utilizing enterprise text-first gateways like Telnyx.
• Al Integration: Experience routing and processing voice dictation data (e.g., Wispr Flow / Whisper API transcription parsing) into structured natural language commands.
