Job description

SAP Practice/Delivery Leader to take ownership of a high-impact, enterprise SAP delivery portfolio in the U.S. This is a delivery-first leadership role responsible for driving execution excellence, managing complex client engagements, and leading a multi-project SAP practice with full accountability for delivery performance, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction. The leader will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring successful execution of modern SAP transformation programs and serving as a key member of the leadership team with potential to operate as a successor to the current practice head.

The opportunity:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of SAP programs across implementation, transformation, and managed services engagements
  • Lead multiple concurrent SAP programs, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution across complex engagements
  • Ensure delivery excellence across S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and SAP modernization initiatives
  • This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
  • Serve as an executive delivery partner and advisor for key client stakeholders
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships focused on outcomes and value realization
  • Ensure high CSAT through proactive engagement, transparency, and accountability
  • Align delivery outcomes to client business objectives and transformation goals
  • Lead and scale the SAP delivery practice, including capability development and workforce planning
  • Develop delivery frameworks, best practices, and reusable assets to improve quality and efficiency
  • Lead adoption of modern SAP capabilities, including S/4HANA, RISE/GROW with SAP, and cloud-native architectures
  • Drive integration of AI and automation within SAP transformations
  • Ensure the practice remains aligned with current SAP ecosystem trends and emerging technologies
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen delivery capabilities across accounts

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in SAP delivery and leadership roles
  • Proven track record leading large-scale SAP programs and multi-project delivery portfolios
  • Deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, cloud transformation, and managed services
  • Strong understanding of modern SAP + AI integration and digital transformation trends
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at executive levels
  • Experience with budget ownership, margin management, and delivery governance
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing delivery teams
  • Background from leading global system integrators
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, sap project management,sap modules,delivery management,sap hana

They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
