Job description
Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Functional Consultant with strong expertise in configuring and implementing end-to-end Compensation processes, combined with hands-on experience in integrations across SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Compensation Functional

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SuccessFactors Compensation

Configure: o Compensation Worksheets, Templates o Eligibility rules, business rules o Salary structures, merit/bonus guidelines o Route maps, permissions (RBP), and statement generation o Custom templates (XML-based)

Manage end-to-end publishing activities post compensation cycle

Configure and execute: o Publish to MDF o Publish to Employee Central (EC) o Effective-dated salary and pay component updates

Create and update Workbooks
Integration Responsibilities

Design and manage integrations between SuccessFactors Compensation and: o Employee Central (EC) o Employee Central Payroll (ECP) o Third-party systems

Work with tools like: o Integration Center o OData APIs / Compound Employee API

Create and update Functional Design
-
Work with CPI developers and perform end to end testing.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Experience in Employee Central integration
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center / APIs
- Knowledge of Business rules, RBP, foundation/employee data
- Understanding of HR compensation processes and cycles
