Job description

Planning Operations Sprint Planning Agile Methodology Kanban Principles Lean Manufacturing Product Management Business Valuation Software Engineering Technical Engineering Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Product Backlog Grooming Scrum (Software Development) Continuous Improvement Process, Partner well with existing Agile Lead and Software Engineering Product Manager and Software Engineering Leader.

As an Agile Lead you will facilitate a robust, self-organized line responsible for building and/or enhancing software with high quality. You'll collaborate to deliver objectives through structured planning, and use appropriate software delivery practices (e.g., scrum, iterative, Lean) to continuously improve software delivery efficiency and quality. You will be key in guiding delivery from story card creation to implementation and participate in user communities to learn and implement optimal practices., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates. Requirements

G-Band Consultant, Agile Lead EDO Tech Minions Highly Technical Engineering line with mix of onshore/offshore associates and contractors

Expected experience as an Scrum Master (Agile Lead) for agile development lines that has build and run resonsibilities.

Very knowledgeale of Scrum and Kanban practices; Standard Agile Ceremonies, Sprint Planning, leading Estimation sessions

Use of Work mgmt tools like Jira. Capacity Planning for line, interactions with product owner for backlog grooming and prioritizations.

Planning Tools (Plaview Portfolios) nice to have

Line Agile uplift capabilities, Line level metrics with a continuous improvement mindset. Driving to meet commitment and delivery of highest value with a focus., Scrum, Agile, Agile methodology, Project management

Benefits & conditions

Candidate must be onsite in downtown Columbus two days a week. This is a 6 month contract to hire opening.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $55.00/hr.
