Job description
- The Product Owner within the Digital Experience ART is responsible for managing the POD backlog and delivering UI driven operational capabilities on the Neutrinos platform
- The role focuses on translating business requirements into user centric UI features for the Universal Ops Service UI ensuring value driven delivery aligned to Project Sirius
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the POD backlog for Universal Ops Service UI features and enhancements
- Translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for UXUI workflows
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value dependencies and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with UX Designers Frontend Engineers and stakeholders to define intuitive UI experiences
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and backlog refinement
- Ensure delivered UI features align with business expectations and operational workflows
- Work closely with QA and Tech Leads to ensure clarity of requirements and successful delivery
- Continuously refine backlog based on feedback usability insights and operational needs
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience with 2-4 years as Product Owner / Business Analyst
Skills
Mandatory
- Strong experience in Agile backlog management and user story creation
- Experience gathering UIUX driven requirements and stakeholder collaboration
Good to Have
- Exposure to Neutrinos or digital experience platforms
- Understanding of workflow-based UI systems
- Domain Delivery
- Experience in Insurance Service Operations domain
- Agile SAFe POD based delivery model
