Job description

The Reliability Engineering is accountable for transforming asset performance across the factory from a reactive maintenance environment to a preventive and proactive reliability-driven operation. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and building sustainable maintenance capabilities for a fast-moving-consumer-goods (FMCG) environment producing liquids and aerosols in bottles and cans. This position plays a key leadership role in:
- Establishing a data-driven maintenance strategy from the ground up
- Driving losses understanding, elimination, and prevention
- Building technical capability across maintenance and production teams
- Digitizing maintenance systems through a CMMS implementation
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability strategies to improve asset performance, transitioning maintenance from reactive to predictive while driving OEE, MTBF, and MTTR improvements
- Lead loss elimination efforts using RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement methods to resolve chronic failures and sustain performance gains
- Implement and optimize CMMS and digital maintenance systems to enhance work order management, preventive maintenance, data accuracy, and KPI tracking
- Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching reliability practices, strengthening technical capabilities, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)

8-10 years of experience in maintenance/reliability within FMCG or similar high-speed manufacturing environments

Proven experience in:

Designing and implementing maintenance strategies from scratch

Reliability engineering tools and methodologies

CMMS implementation and digital transformation

US salary ranges USD $115,000.00 - $173,000.00 US pay transparency The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
