Agentic Engineering
Build software products and internal applications using AI-assisted engineering workflows. Engineers focus on rapidly delivering features while ensuring quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

- Developer tooling
Middleware Engineering
Design and build the integration layer connecting internal platforms with external systems. Engineers create reliable APIs, services, authentication layers, and event-driven architectures that enable seamless data movement across the organization.

- Enterprise integrations
- Messaging systems
- Data synchronization
Platform Engineering
Build the foundational infrastructure that powers engineering across the organization. Engineers focus on cloud architecture, deployment pipelines, observability, reliability, scalability, and shared engineering platforms.

- CI/CD
- Infrastructure as Code
- Developer platforms
- Shared services
- Security
- Reliability engineering
Core Responsibilities
All engineers within the Agentic Engineering organization are expected to:
- Build production-ready software, workflows, automations, or platforms using AI-native development practices.
- Direct AI agents to generate code, documentation, workflows, tests, and automation while maintaining ownership of technical quality.
- Validate AI-generated work through testing, debugging, peer review, and engineering judgment.
- Design reliable systems that anticipate failures, recover gracefully, and provide meaningful operational visibility.
- Replace repetitive manual processes with intelligent automation wherever practical.
- Document architectures, workflows, technical decisions, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, data, and business teams.
- Continuously improve engineering practices by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Escalate technical risks with clear recommendations and proposed solutions.

- Design cloud architecture.
- Build deployment pipelines.
- Manage infrastructure automation.
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
Requirements
Required:
- Experience using AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms as part of your primary engineering workflow.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated solutions and identify issues related to correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Experience building software or automation deployed in real-world production environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern software architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies.
