Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of IT Analyst at our Shawnee, KS location. This role will be responsible for resolving IT issues and managing user requests, to supporting infrastructure, security, and business application initiatives.
You'll be a hands-on technical expert, working closely with users to understand their needs and identify solutions that support business processes. You'll also contribute to IT projects, drive improvements in service delivery, and help ensure that Argenta's technology landscape remains compliant, secure, and fit for purpose.

In this key role, you'll support our site with a broad range of technology-related needs. From resolving IT issues and managing user requests, to supporting infrastructure, security, and business application initiatives.

Requirements
You're an experienced and solutions-focused IT professional with a solid grounding in technical support, infrastructure, and end-user services. You're comfortable handling support requests, investigating issues across systems and networks, and working with users to deliver effective resolutions.
You bring strong customer service skills, a passion for technology, and a proactive mindset to everything you do. Whether it's troubleshooting a software issue, supporting a project rollout, or managing security-related tasks, you take pride in delivering quality outcomes and maintaining high user satisfaction.
Your background, experience, and attributes will include:
- A relevant qualification in an IT discipline
- Qualification or experience in IT service methodologies
- Working towards a qualification in a specialized technology area is a plus
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Office, and client-side applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directory domain services (ADUC), DNS, DHCP, file and print services
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, virtualization concepts, and hardware support
- Support experience with smart devices (Windows, iOS, Android)
- Practical familiarity with ITIL service desk processes
- Experience with infrastructure, security, and business applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize under pressure
- Logical thinking, curiosity, and a desire to learn new technologies
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability with a service-first attitude
