Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Supervisor to support multi-specialty clinical locations by supervising staff, optimizing clinic operations, and ensuring excellent patient experience.
What You Will Do
- Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff for one or more high-volume clinic locations.
- Develop and distribute schedules; manage time and attendance.
- Support performance management and staff development.
- Oversee provider scheduling and monitor dashboards, reports, and workqueues in the EHR.
- Manage administrative and clinical supply workflows including ordering, stocking, and inventory.
- Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance.
- Support provider onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with daily clinic operations to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Support financial objectives and budget processes.
- Maintain strong patient relations by rounding in waiting areas and addressing concerns.
- Ensure staff training and compliance with CEENTA policies.
A Typical Day
You'll supervise clinic operations to ensure providers and staff can deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include responding to patient and staff concerns, managing schedules, overseeing inventory and facilities, and supporting continuous operational improvement.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, full-time, exempt. Hours may vary based on operational needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between CEENTA locations.
